Calculator answers
The questions are processed in the memory of your current browser tab. Financial inputs are not submitted to our server, stored in cookies or browser local storage by this tool, or automatically sent to a tax relief provider. We do not place those inputs in page URLs.
Use “Clear & start over” on the results page to clear the active answers. Reloading or closing the tab normally clears them, though a browser may independently restore form values or session history. If you print or save the results, the resulting copy is under your control; use appropriate care on shared devices.
Ordinary website requests
Our hosting server may keep ordinary request logs, including IP address, requested URL, request time, status code, referring page, and browser information. Those logs support site operation and troubleshooting. Calculator values are not included in those requests. This implementation does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies.
Aggregate traffic and search reporting
Our private dashboard counts public page requests, broad referral sources, and verified crawler visits. It estimates daily visitors using a salted identifier derived from the date, IP address, and browser information; the dashboard does not store the raw IP address, full browser information, full referrer, or URL query string. Daily traffic records are retained for 90 days. These counters do not collect calculator answers or set visitor tracking cookies. Known bots and browsers with an administrator session cookie are excluded from visitor counts.
Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie that expires after inactivity. If connected, Google Search Console supplies aggregated search clicks, impressions, queries and average positions to the private dashboard. Financial calculator inputs are never sent to Google by this tool.
External websites
Clicking an IRS or provider link takes you to an external website. That website receives a normal visit and applies its own privacy practices. We do not attach your calculator answers to those links. If you later submit information directly to Republic or another provider, its terms and privacy policy govern that submission.
No lead form on this site
This site does not collect consultation requests, run a mailing list, or accept uploaded tax records. To request professional assistance, visit the provider’s site. Do not send confidential financial documents through ordinary unsolicited messages.
